Current Practice is restricted to:
  • Psychoanalysis
  • Neuropsychiatric and Neuropsychological Testing
    • Screening Neuropsychological Examination (1 hour) 
    • Complete Neuropsychological Battery (Non-Forensic or Forensic – 8-12 hours) centering around the Luria-Nebraska Neuropsych Battery, 
    • Complete Neuropsychiatric Battery (Non-Forensic or Forensic – 14-20 hours) centering around the Complete Neuropsych Battery and MMPI, personality disorder screening, and dissimulation and validity testing.

    • Second Opinion exams in Neurology, Neuropsychiatry and Psychopharmacology for diagnostic or forensic purposes only.

FOR PATIENTS, PHYSICIANS, & MENTAL HEALTH-CARE PROFESSIONALS:
  • I CURRENTLY DO NOT PRESCRIBE ANY MEDICATIONS. 
  •  I DO NOT TREAT PATIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY (age 18). BUT IN SELECTED CASES WILL EVALUATE PATIENTS AGES 13-17 WITH PARENTAL CONSENT. 
  •  I ALSO DO FAMILY AND COUPLES EVALUATIONS AND IN SELECTED CASES ONGOING FAMILY AND COUPLES THERAPY. 
  • I PERFORM ALL SERVICES PERSONALLY AND DO NOT CURRENTLY USE A NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT.
FEES:
  • Initial visit for patients and single exam consultations $750 USD payable at the time of visit (Sliding Scale)
  • Ongoing psychoanalytical sessions: $750 USD (Sliding Scale)
  • Six Session Introductory Package $3000 USD (Sliding Scale)
  • Ongoing extended psychoanalytical sessions: $1000 USD (Sliding Scale)
  • Screening Neuropsychiatric and Neuropsychological Testing $750 USD
  • Complete Neuropsychological Battery and Neuropsychological Forensic Battery $750 USD / hour
  • Expert Record Review and Opinion $750 USD / hour
